Domestic orders are shipped within 2-3 days, and international orders normally arrive within 1–5 business days of shipping. Please remember that most of our custom products need to be assembled by hand, which can take an additional 2-4 weeks to be fulfilled before we ship them. If more than 4 weeks has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us.

At the time, Akhirah Luxury does not provide any form of warranty on jewelry items, but it is highly recommended that you have your jewelry insured by third-party agencies.

If you want to place a customized order, please contact us first and describe in detail what you desire. We then have one of our experienced jewelers respond to you with some feedback or designs, and we deliver a quotation. Once the client is happy, we accept payment in full and begin working on your unique jewelry piece, which will be shipped to you in a matter of days after completion. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Not a problem! If you want a GIA certification for a jewelry piece, please send us an email and we will have your piece GIA certified for an additional fee.
